Ingredientes

  • 2 x star anise, crushed
  • 2 x garlic, cloves, crushed
  • 2 x macadamia nuts, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp freshly crushed black pepper
  • 1/4 x salt Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp finely chopped lemongrass salt freshly crushed black pepper Lamb
  • 8 x 3 ounce lamb, loins
  • 2 bn fresh arugula, washed
  • 1/2 c. macadamia nuts

Direcciones

  1. Mix marinade ingredients together.
  2. Dressing:Mix the lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, lemon grass together. Season. Set aside.
  3. Lamb:Place lamb in a dish.
  4. Mix marinade ingredients and coat lamb. Set aside.
  5. Grill lamb for 3 min on each side.
  6. Leave another 2 to 3 min if desired it well done.
  7. Let the lamb rest for 5 min.
  8. Place some arugula on a plate.
  9. Place sliced lamb on top.
  10. Sprinkle with macadamia nuts and drizzle with dressing.
