Receta Grilled Lamb Loin With Arugula And Macadamia Nut Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 x star anise, crushed
- 2 x garlic, cloves, crushed
- 2 x macadamia nuts, crushed
- 1/2 tsp freshly crushed black pepper
- 1/4 x salt Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp finely chopped lemongrass salt freshly crushed black pepper Lamb
- 8 x 3 ounce lamb, loins
- 2 bn fresh arugula, washed
- 1/2 c. macadamia nuts
Direcciones
- Mix marinade ingredients together.
- Dressing:Mix the lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, lemon grass together. Season. Set aside.
- Lamb:Place lamb in a dish.
- Mix marinade ingredients and coat lamb. Set aside.
- Grill lamb for 3 min on each side.
- Leave another 2 to 3 min if desired it well done.
- Let the lamb rest for 5 min.
- Place some arugula on a plate.
- Place sliced lamb on top.
- Sprinkle with macadamia nuts and drizzle with dressing.
