Grilled Lamb With Horseradish Mint Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh mint
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 lrg garlic clove chopped
  • 2 x lamb leg steaks (3/4-inch-thick) Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Combine first three ingredients. Set aside. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and chill.)
  2. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or possibly preheat broiler. Combine mustard and garlic and rub on both sides of lamb. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill lamb to desired doneness, about 5 min per side for medium-rare.
  4. Serve immediately with sauce.
  5. Serves 2.
