Receta Grilled Lamb With Horseradish Mint Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 tsp prepared horseradish
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh mint
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 lrg garlic clove chopped
- 2 x lamb leg steaks (3/4-inch-thick) Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Combine first three ingredients. Set aside. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and chill.)
- Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat) or possibly preheat broiler. Combine mustard and garlic and rub on both sides of lamb. Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill lamb to desired doneness, about 5 min per side for medium-rare.
- Serve immediately with sauce.
- Serves 2.
