Receta Grilled Lemon And Gin Marinated Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Lemon rind
- 1/4 c. Gin
- 2 tsp Minced fresh oregano (or possibly 1/2 tspn dry oregano) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 4 whl Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Direcciones
- In a shallow dish whisk together the lemon juice, the gin, the oregano, the salt, the sugar and pepper to taste, add in the oil in a stream, whisking, and whisk the marinade till it is emulsified. Add in the chicken, coating it well with the marinade, and let it marinate, covered and chilled, for 20 min. Grill the chicken, reserving the marinade, on an oiled rack set about 6 inches over glowing coals for 7 min on each side, or possibly till it is cooked through.
