Ingredientes

  • 2 lrg lobster tails thawed if frzn
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Direcciones

  1. Split the tails lengthwise in half and leave the meat in the shells. Place the tails shell-side down on the grill and brush with a mix of the butter and cayenne.
  2. Cook till the shells turn red and the tails are just cooked through, constantly basting with the butter/cayenne mix to keep them moist. Serve immediately.
  3. This recipe yields 2 servings.
