Receta Grilled Lobster Tails

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg lobster tails thawed if frzn
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
Direcciones
- Split the tails lengthwise in half and leave the meat in the shells. Place the tails shell-side down on the grill and brush with a mix of the butter and cayenne.
- Cook till the shells turn red and the tails are just cooked through, constantly basting with the butter/cayenne mix to keep them moist. Serve immediately.
