Ingredientes

  • 4 x Veal chops, 1 1/2" thick - (10 ounce ea)
  • 3 x Garlic cloves finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped ginger
  • 1 x Shallot chopped
  • 1/4 c. Cilantro coarsely minced
  • 1/2 c. Sherry vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. Hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Smooth peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 2 Tbsp. Warm chile sauce

Direcciones

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a shallow baking dish. Add in veal chops to the mix and turn to coat. Cover and let marinate 3 to 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
  2. Preheat grill.
  3. Remove veal from marinade and grill the chops for 7 to 8 min on each side or possibly till cooked through.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
