Receta Grilled Mongolian Veal Chops

Ingredientes
- 4 x Veal chops, 1 1/2" thick - (10 ounce ea)
- 3 x Garlic cloves finely minced
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped ginger
- 1 x Shallot chopped
- 1/4 c. Cilantro coarsely minced
- 1/2 c. Sherry vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. Smooth peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Warm chile sauce
Direcciones
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a shallow baking dish. Add in veal chops to the mix and turn to coat. Cover and let marinate 3 to 4 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Preheat grill.
- Remove veal from marinade and grill the chops for 7 to 8 min on each side or possibly till cooked through.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
