Grilled Peaches And Cream Corn With Thyme Butter

Ingredientes

  • 6 x cob of corn large bucket half full of water
  • 1/4 c. salt
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh thyme
  • 1 c. soft butter
  • 3 Tbsp. juice lemon
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1 pch salt
  • 2 pch pepper

Direcciones

  1. Mix the salt into the bucket of water. Don't husk the corn.
  2. Place the cobs of corn directly into the water, and let them soak for about 2-3 hrs.
  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients together, in a bowl. Don't allow the butter mix to get to soft.
  4. Place in the refrigerator if necessary.
  5. Place cobs directly on grill, turning occasionally, for about 12 min.
