Ingredientes

  • 2 x Large eggs beaten, mixed with
  • 1 c. lowfat milk Plain breadcrumbs as needed
  • 5 x garlic cloves chopped very fine
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped dry rosemary
  • 1 tsp dry leaf basil
  • 1 tsp dry leaf oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1/4 c. very finely-grnd black pepper Uncooked peeled deveined shrimp (small to medium size) Lemon juice Cocktail sauce

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the grill.
  2. Dip each shrimp in the egg and lowfat milk mix, and then the breadcrumbs. Dip again in the lowfat milk and Large eggs mix, then roll in the spices.
  3. Place a number of the prepared shrimp on the grill at a time. When they are done, serve them immediately with the lemon juice sprinkled over them and with the cocktail sauce.
