Receta Grilled Pepper Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs beaten, mixed with
- 1 c. lowfat milk Plain breadcrumbs as needed
- 5 x garlic cloves chopped very fine
- 2 Tbsp. chopped dry rosemary
- 1 tsp dry leaf basil
- 1 tsp dry leaf oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. very finely-grnd black pepper Uncooked peeled deveined shrimp (small to medium size) Lemon juice Cocktail sauce
Direcciones
- Preheat the grill.
- Dip each shrimp in the egg and lowfat milk mix, and then the breadcrumbs. Dip again in the lowfat milk and Large eggs mix, then roll in the spices.
- Place a number of the prepared shrimp on the grill at a time. When they are done, serve them immediately with the lemon juice sprinkled over them and with the cocktail sauce.
