Ingredientes

  • 1 x pineapple
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream softened
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon

Direcciones

  1. Skin pineapple; remove and throw away pineapple core. Cut pineapple lengthwise into halves.
  2. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and ginger; rub proportionately over pineapple.
  3. Coat a food rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees). Place pineapple on rack.
  4. Grill, covered with grill lid, 5 to 7 min on each side. Remove pineapple from grill; cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Serve with Vanilla-Cinnamon Ice Cream.
  5. Vanilla-Cinnamon Ice Cream: Stir together all ingredients. Freeze 1 hour. (
