Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. Soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. Country-style mustard
  • 2 x Garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
  • 2 x Pork tenderloins - (abt 1 1/2 lbs)
  • 3 med Tomatoes
  • 2 med Zucchini
  • 2 lrg Red onions

Direcciones

  1. In medium bowl, combine soy sauce, ginger, mustard, garlic and Tabasco pepper sauce. Set aside one half of mix. Add in pork tenderloins to bowl. Cover and marinate mix at least 2 hrs or possibly overnight, turning occasionally.
  2. Cut each tomato in half. Cut each zucchini diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Cut onions into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Place vegetables in remaining marinade; carefully toss to mix well.
  3. Preheat grill to medium, placing rack 5 to 6 inches above coals. Place pork tenderloins on grill; grill 20 min, turning occasionally and brushing with marinade occasionally. Place tomatoes, zucchini and red onions on grill. Grill vegetables 4 min, turning once and brushing with marinade occasionally.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
  5. Comments: It is important to keep marinade used for pork tenderloin separate from which used for vegetables.
