Ingredientes

  • 6 lrg portobello mushroom caps
  • 1 lb mixed baby greens
  • 1 c. parsley picked, and well cleaned
  • 1 c. fresh basil picked over, and well cleaned
  • 2 x garlic cloves
  • 1/2 c. toasted pecan pcs
  • 1 x dry chipolte crushed
  • 1/2 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 ounce molasses

Direcciones

  1. Lightly oil and grill portobellos, set aside.
  2. In a food processor process all ingredients but portobellos and mixed greens till well chopped.
  3. To serve mound greens on 1/3 of 6 plates, drizzle with fresh lemon juice and extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil. Slice portobellos on bias and overlap onto greens. Place pecan pesto on each portobello slice.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
