Receta Grilled Red Peppers with Onion and Mushrooms
This is easy and delicious! This makes a great side dish or to have on hand for a sandwich.

Ingredientes
- 3 red bell peppers - sliced
- 4 cloves garlic â crushed
- ½ cup fresh basil
- 1 onion â sliced
- Pint of button mushrooms - halved
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- Olive oil for drizzling
Direcciones
- Place the veggies on a heated griddle and drizzle with olive oil. When the peppers become charred turn them over. Continue to grill until all of the veggies are caramelized.
