Receta Grilled Rosemary Baby Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 1 lb baby white potatoes - (1kg)
- 1 lb baby red potatoes - (1kg)
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil (60ml)
- 2 Tbsp. dry rosemary - (30ml)
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Preheat barbeque to 300 F.Slice potatoes in half. Place in a sealable plastic bag and add in above ingredients. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Place on preheated barbecue and cook for 15 - 20 min or possibly till golden and crispy.
- Serve and enjoy!
