Ingredientes

  • 4 x 7-ounce salmon filets Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. White wine
  • 1/8 c. Lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. Heavy cream
  • 1 x Shallot, chopped
  • 1 c. Unsalted butter
  • 1 x Cuke, peeled, seeded and sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh dill

Direcciones

  1. Season salmon with salt and pepper and grill til done. Combine wine, lemon juice, cream and shallot in a saucepan and cook over high heat til mix slightly thick. Whisk in butter over low heat. Add in cuke and minced dill.Serve over salmon filets. Sauce makes 2 C.
