Receta Grilled Salmon With Cucumber Dill Sauce

Ingredientes
- 4 x 7-ounce salmon filets Salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. White wine
- 1/8 c. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Heavy cream
- 1 x Shallot, chopped
- 1 c. Unsalted butter
- 1 x Cuke, peeled, seeded and sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh dill
Direcciones
- Season salmon with salt and pepper and grill til done. Combine wine, lemon juice, cream and shallot in a saucepan and cook over high heat til mix slightly thick. Whisk in butter over low heat. Add in cuke and minced dill.Serve over salmon filets. Sauce makes 2 C.
