Grilled Salmon with Veggies

Ingredientes

  • 1 kilo Pink Salmon Fillets, cut into serving portion
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sherry or Rice wine
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • olive oil

Direcciones

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Marinade the fish fillets for an hour.
  3. Pan grill each cut 2-3 minutes per side. Try not to overcook to preserve its natural juices.
  4. Before taking off the grill, brush the top side of the fish with olive oil then transfer to serving dish.
  5. Serve with your favorite pasta or veggies as side.
  6. Rice is optional.
