Receta Grilled Salmon with Veggies
Ingredientes
- 1 kilo Pink Salmon Fillets, cut into serving portion
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup Sherry or Rice wine
- 2 tbsp sugar
- olive oil
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Marinade the fish fillets for an hour.
- Pan grill each cut 2-3 minutes per side. Try not to overcook to preserve its natural juices.
- Before taking off the grill, brush the top side of the fish with olive oil then transfer to serving dish.
- Serve with your favorite pasta or veggies as side.
- *Rice is optional.
