Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Yellow crookneck,
  • 1 lb Zucchini,
  • 1 lb Pattypan squash,
  • 1 tsp Margarine,
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juici,
  • 1 tsp Fresh rosemary, minced
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed dry rosemary,

Direcciones

  1. Cut 4 yellow crookneck, zucchini, or possibly pattypan squash, about 1 lb. total, in half lengthwise. Brush with a mix of margarine, fresh lemon juice and rosemary.
  2. Grill over medium-warm coals, 4 to 6 inches source of heat, for 15 to 20 min, turning every few min, till tender when pierced.
