Receta Grilled Summer Squash

- 1 lb Yellow crookneck,
- 1 lb Zucchini,
- 1 lb Pattypan squash,
- 1 tsp Margarine,
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juici,
- 1 tsp Fresh rosemary, minced
- 1/4 tsp Crushed dry rosemary,
Direcciones
- Cut 4 yellow crookneck, zucchini, or possibly pattypan squash, about 1 lb. total, in half lengthwise. Brush with a mix of margarine, fresh lemon juice and rosemary.
- Grill over medium-warm coals, 4 to 6 inches source of heat, for 15 to 20 min, turning every few min, till tender when pierced.
