Grilled Sweet And Sour Tuna Steaks

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Dry sherry
  • 2 Tbsp. Grated gingerroot
  • 2 Tbsp. Low-sodium soy or possibly tamari Sauce
  • 1 tsp Light honey
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
  • 2 tsp Dark sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped cilantro
  • 4 med Tuna steaks

Direcciones

  1. Preheat broiler or possibly start grill. In a small bowl combine sherry, ginger, soy sauce, honey, maple syrup, garlic, sesame oil, and cilantro. Set aside.
  2. Wash and pat dry tuna steaks. Place in a shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over steaks. Let marinate 10 min.
  3. Remove steaks from marinade and broil or possibly grill. Cook 5 to 8 min on each side, turning once, and basting with marinade. Serve warm.
