Receta Grilled Sweet And Sour Tuna Steaks

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp. Grated gingerroot
- 2 Tbsp. Low-sodium soy or possibly tamari Sauce
- 1 tsp Light honey
- 1 tsp Maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped garlic
- 2 tsp Dark sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped cilantro
- 4 med Tuna steaks
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat broiler or possibly start grill. In a small bowl combine sherry, ginger, soy sauce, honey, maple syrup, garlic, sesame oil, and cilantro. Set aside.
- 2. Wash and pat dry tuna steaks. Place in a shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over steaks. Let marinate 10 min.
- 3. Remove steaks from marinade and broil or possibly grill. Cook 5 to 8 min on each side, turning once, and basting with marinade. Serve warm.
