Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lb Whole red snapper, scaled & gutted
  • 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil Salt Freshly grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Prepare a wood or possibly charcoal grill and let it burn down to embers.
  2. Rub each fillet with 1 Tbsp. of the extra virgin olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Grill for 7 min on each side or possibly till cooked. Serve with Charred TomatoJalapeno Vinaigrette.
