Grilled Whole Salmon Stuffed With Fresh Dill

Ingredientes

  • 1 whl boned salmon - (8 to 10 lbs)
  • 1/4 c. minced fresh dill
  • 3 x shallots minced
  • 3 Tbsp. coarse-grnd mustard
  • 4 x garlic cloves minced
  • 2 x lemons sliced thin Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
  • 3 c. wood chips

Direcciones

  1. Soak wood chips in water for 30 min.
  2. Mix dill, shallots, mustard and garlic. Stuff salmon with mix. Add in lemon slices, salt and pepper.
  3. Oil outside of salmon. Put on grill. Use indirect heat. Put wood chips on top of coals. Cover grill. Cook for 10 min per inch thickness.
  4. This recipe yields 12 to 16 servings.
