Receta Grilled Whole Salmon Stuffed With Fresh Dill

Ingredientes
- 1 whl boned salmon - (8 to 10 lbs)
- 1/4 c. minced fresh dill
- 3 x shallots minced
- 3 Tbsp. coarse-grnd mustard
- 4 x garlic cloves minced
- 2 x lemons sliced thin Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 3 c. wood chips
Direcciones
- Soak wood chips in water for 30 min.
- Mix dill, shallots, mustard and garlic. Stuff salmon with mix. Add in lemon slices, salt and pepper.
- Oil outside of salmon. Put on grill. Use indirect heat. Put wood chips on top of coals. Cover grill. Cook for 10 min per inch thickness.
- This recipe yields 12 to 16 servings.
