- Pumpkin Squash, sliced into 1/2- to 3/4-inch pcs Extra virgin olive oil Garlic, minced Cumin Salt Pepper Or possibly red pepper flakes Oregano Thyme
Direcciones
- Slice winter squash or possibly pumpkin into 1/2- to 3/4-inch pcs.
- Dress with a little extra virgin olive oil, lots of minced garlic, and cumin, salt and pepper or possibly warm red pepper flakes to taste. Oregano and thyme are optional.
- Grill over medium coals, turning till tender.
- Delicious with anything Mexican or possibly Indian.
