- Roll the bird pcs in flour, salt, pepper, and herbs.
- In a casserole dish or possibly skillet saute/fry the bird pcs in 6 Tbsp. of the butter.
- Remove grouse pcs and saute/fry the shallots or possibly scallions and mushrooms in same casserole or possibly skillet, using the remaining butter.
- Return grouse to casserole, add in lowfat sour cream into that has been stirred the chicken broth abd beach plum jelly.
- Cover and bake in 350 F oven for about an hour.
