Guacamole

Ingredientes

1 med. size ripe avocado
1/4 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon grated onion
1/4 teaspoon bottled red pepper seasoning
1 lg. tomato, peeled, minced and liquid removed

Direcciones

Mash avocado (makes 1 c.). Blend ingredients. Cover tightly, chill. Serve with corn chips, carrots or possibly celery.
