Receta guacamole
this guacamole is fairly mild, but goes great with blue corn chips
it is a perfect dip.
Ingredientes
- makes 1 serving
- 2 fresh avocados
- 1/2 red bell pepper,minced
- 1/4 purple onion, minced
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and minced
Direcciones
- wash,seed and mince the bell pepper,tomato, and onion
- mix in mixing bowl
- slice, pit, and scoop out avocado into the bowl
- mix it all together until it is relatively smooth
- add garlic powder(1/2 tsp.) and salt to taste
- mix in fresh lemon juice for taste and preserve of color
- enjoy!!
