1 lrg avocado (about 1/2 lb.), peeled, pitted and minced
1 1/4 c. (about 1 large) diced tomato
1/3 c. Shrimp Sauce
3 Tbsp. diced onion
2 Tbsp. Diced Jalapenos
2 Tbsp. finely minced fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp salt

COMBINE avocado, tomato, shrimp sauce, onion, jalapenos, cilantro and salt in medium bowl. Cover; chill for 1 hour. Serve over grilled fish or possibly with tortilla chips
