%20and%20because%20I've%20been%20super%20busy%20recently,%20I%20was%20contemplating%20going%20to%20aikido%20WITHOUT%20a%20cake.%20Yes,%20for%20nearly%202%20years%20now,%20I%20have%20baked%20something%20to%20feed%20my%20greedy%20self%20the%20Hungry%20Aikido%20Boys%20after%20training%20every%20Tuesday.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOne%20week%20without%20bringing%20in%20a%20cake?%20Ah,%20that'll%20be%20fine,%20it%20doesn't%20really%20matter.%20But%20when%20I%20woke%20up%20on%20Tuesday%20morning,%20the%20guilt%20started%20to%20creep%20in.%20Turn%20up%20to%20aikido%20without%20a%20cake?%20Well%20that's%20just%20madness.%20It's%20not%20a%20drag%20or%20anything,%20but%20it's%20got%20to%20the%20stage%20now%20where%20I%20feel%20like%20I%20must%20make%20something%20now!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMy%20aikido%20class%20is%20a%20few%20hours%20after%20work%20so%20when%20I%20finished%20work,%20I%20got%20to%20cakework%20quickly.%20I%20had%20yogurt,%20I%20had%20berries,%20I%20had%20jam...GO!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EOf%20course,%20I%20faffed%20around%20as%20I%20usually%20do,%20and%20there%20was%20no%20time%20for%20the%20cake%20to%20cool.%20And%20being%20a%20yogurt%20cake,%20hold%20on,%20let%20me%20correct%20myself,%20being%20a%20Hungry%20Jenny%20yogurt%20cake,%20it%20was%20quite%20sticky.%20Shoving%20the%20warm%20cake%20into%20an%20airtight%20tupperware%20box%20probably%20didn't%20help%20with%20this%20either.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%22Um,%20so%20what%20is%20this?%22%20asked%20one%20Hungry%20Aikido%20Boy.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%22Er...it's%20a%20Sticky%20Berry%20Cake!%22%20I%20replied.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E%22Cool.%22%20Cue%20lots%20of%20cake%20eating%20and%20yummy%20noises.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20think%20I'm%20getting%20better%20at%20covering%20up%20these%20slight%20mishaps.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1)%20Preheat%20the%20oven%20to%20180%20degress%20C.%20Gently%20beat%20the%20yogurt,%20oil,%20orange%20and%20egg%20together%20in%20a%20small%20bowl.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2)%20In%20a%20larger%20bowl,%20sift%20in%20the%20flour,%20then%20mix%20in%20the%20sugar,%20coconut%20and%20baking%20powder.%20Carefully%20fold%20in%20the%20jam%20and%20berries.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3)%20Pour%20in%20the%20yogurt%20mixture,%20and%20fold%20in%20until%20just%20mixed.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4)%20Transfer%20to%20a%20lined%20tin%20and%20bake%20for%20about%2030%20minutes%20until%20you%20can%20pull%20a%20toothpick%20out%20clean.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMore%20Hungry%20Jenny%20cakes%20here.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
