Ingredientes

  • 4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 x cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 med green pepper minced
  • 16 ounce black beans cooked
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
  • 2 x pimientos chopped salt and pepper to taste
  • 24 ounce cooked rice cooked

Direcciones

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet, add in the pepper and garlic and saute/fry for about 3 min. Stir in beans, oregano, vinegar, and pimientos. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 5 min. Spoon over cooked rice and serve.
