Ingredientes

  • 3 c. sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 c. shortening (Crisco)
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. soured lowfat milk (add in 1 tbsp. vinegar to regular lowfat milk)

Direcciones

  1. Cream shortening and sugar. Beat Large eggs and vanilla. Add in to creamed mix. Add in dry ingredients alternately with soured lowfat milk. Drop by Tbsp. on cookie sheet. Yield: 2 1/2 dozen. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 min. Cold and frost.
