Ingredientes
- 3 c. sifted flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. shortening (Crisco)
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. soured lowfat milk (add in 1 tbsp. vinegar to regular lowfat milk)
Direcciones
- Cream shortening and sugar. Beat Large eggs and vanilla. Add in to creamed mix. Add in dry ingredients alternately with soured lowfat milk. Drop by Tbsp. on cookie sheet. Yield: 2 1/2 dozen. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 min. Cold and frost.
