Ingredientes

  • 10 ounce Frzn spinach, thawed
  • 4 ounce Cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1/3 c. Mild salsa
  • 2 x Green onions, minced
  • 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Direcciones

  1. Drain spinach; squeeze dry. In food processor, pure spinach, cheese, lowfat sour cream, salsa, onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and chill for 2 hrs or possibly till thickened slightly. Let stand at room temperature for 30 min.
  2. Serve with "Halloween: Skeleton Bread"
  3. Happy Halloween"
