Ingredientes
- 10 ounce Frzn spinach, thawed
- 4 ounce Cream cheese
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. Mild salsa
- 2 x Green onions, minced
- 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Drain spinach; squeeze dry. In food processor, pure spinach, cheese, lowfat sour cream, salsa, onions, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and chill for 2 hrs or possibly till thickened slightly. Let stand at room temperature for 30 min.
