Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Dry navy beans, or possibly soup beans
  • 4 c. Ham broth, bones & leftovers
  • 2 x Onions, sliced
  • 2 c. Tomatoes, canned or possibly fresh
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/2 c. Celery, minced

Direcciones

  1. Soak the beans overnight, drain and cook in the ham broth till they are tender.
  2. Add in the other vegetables and cook till they are soft.
  3. Remove the bone, add in the parsley and pcs of leftover ham.
  4. Simmer for a few min, then serve.
  5. NOTES : Soup will be quite thick.
