Ingredientes

  • Basic Potato Skins recipe
  • 1 tsp Dijon or possibly spicy mustard
  • 1/4 lb Thinly sliced ham
  • 2 ounce Roasted red peppers -or possibly-
  • 2 ounce Whole pimentos
  • 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese shreds Minced parsley (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Follow the recipe for Basic Crispy Potato Skins.
  2. Brush insides of potato skins with mustard. Drain and slice peppers or possibly pimientos. Top with slices of ham and a few strips of pepper/pimiento.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake about 10 min on baking sheet, or possibly till cheese is melted and bubbling. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
  5. Makes about 2 skins per serving.
