Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Ham, cubed cooked ham
  • 1 bn Green onions, minced
  • 1/4 c. Butter, melted
  • 2 lrg Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 can (11 ounce) mexicorn (niblets with peppers), liquid removed
  • 1 can Cream style corn, (8 /12 ounce)
  • 1 c. Self-rising white cornmeal
  • 3/4 c. Buttermilk
  • 4 ounce (1 c.) shredded cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 12x8-inch (2 qt) baking dish with non-stick spray. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour into prepared baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 45-55 min or possibly till golden and set. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional few min, till cheese is melted. Let stand 5 min before serving. Cut into squares.
