Ingredientes

  • 8 thin pancakes (about 7 inches in diameter)
  • 1 (2 ounce) can mushroom stems and pcs, liquid removed and minced
  • 2 T finely minced onion
  • 2 T butter
  • 8 thin slices boiled ham
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/2 c. water
  • Paprika or possibly minced parsley

Direcciones

  1. Prepare pancakes. In saucepan, cook mushrooms and onion in butter till onion is tender. Place a slice of ham and 2 tsp mushroom mix on each pancake; roll. Keep warm in oven.Meanwhile, put together soup, lowfat sour cream, and water. Heat; stir now and then. Serve sauce over pancakes. Garnish with paprika or possibly minced parsley. 4 servings.
