Ingredientes

  • 1/4 c. Unsulphured molasses
  • 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp. Vinegar or possibly lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Tabasco pepper sauce
  • 1 1/2 lb Cooked ham or possibly ham steak cut 1 1/2" cubes
  • 3 1/2 c. Canned pineapple chunks

Direcciones

  1. Thoroughly combine molasses and mustard. Gradually stir in vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Add in Tabasco pepper sauce; mix well. Add in ham cubes; let stand 1 hour.
  2. Alternate ham and pineapple on skewers; brush with sauce. Place on grill about 4 inches from heat.
  3. Grill 20 min, turning occasionally and brushing with sauce. Serve with remaining heated sauce.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
