Ingredientes

  • 1 x Onion, coarsely diced
  • 1 lrg Green bell pepper, minced
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper, or possibly to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Dry oregano, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Dry thyme, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Dry basil, crushed
  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine AND veg. oil
  • 3 c. Cooked rice
  • 2 c. Large shrimp (about 1 lb.), cleaned & cooked
  • 2 c. Cubed cooked ham (about 1-1 1/4 lb.)
  • 1 can Peeled tomatoes (16 ounces), undrained & minced
  • 1 tsp Natural hickory seasoning
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 6 dsh Tabasco sauce, or possibly to taste

Direcciones

  1. In large skillet over medium heat, cook onion, bell pepper, garlic, cayenne pepper and herbs in butter and oil till tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook for 10-15 min or possibly till heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.
