Receta Ham And Shrimp Jambalaya

Ingredientes
- 1 x Onion, coarsely diced
- 1 lrg Green bell pepper, minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper, or possibly to taste
- 1/2 tsp Dry oregano, crushed
- 1/2 tsp Dry thyme, crushed
- 1/2 tsp Dry basil, crushed
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine AND veg. oil
- 3 c. Cooked rice
- 2 c. Large shrimp (about 1 lb.), cleaned & cooked
- 2 c. Cubed cooked ham (about 1-1 1/4 lb.)
- 1 can Peeled tomatoes (16 ounces), undrained & minced
- 1 tsp Natural hickory seasoning
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 6 dsh Tabasco sauce, or possibly to taste
Direcciones
- In large skillet over medium heat, cook onion, bell pepper, garlic, cayenne pepper and herbs in butter and oil till tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook for 10-15 min or possibly till heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.
