  • 1 c. QUICK COOKING OATS, UNCOOKED
  • 1/4 tsp CINNAMON
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd CLOVES
  • 2 x LARGE Large eggs, SLIGHTLY BEATEN
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. PREPARED MUSTARD
  • 1/3 c. BROWN SUGAR **
  • 3 Tbsp. VINEGAR **
  • 1 Tbsp. CORNSTARCH **
  • 1/4 tsp CINNAMON **

  2. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 F.
  3. IN A LARGE BOWL, WITH HANDS, LIGHTLY MIX HAM BALL INGREDIENTS AND 1/4 Tsp. PEPPER Till COMBINED. SHAPE INTO 12 BALLS, DIVIDING Proportionately. ARRANGE IN A SHALLOW PAN; BAKE, UNCOVERED, AT 400 F. FOR 15 Min.
  4. MEANWHILE, MAKE THE SAUCE. IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN, BRING THE BROWN SUGAR, CINNAMON, VINEGAR AND 1 1/2 C. WATER TO A BOIL. SIMMER FOR 5 Min. IN A SMALL DISH, MIX CORNSTARCH WITH 1/4 C. WATER Till WELL BLENDED. STIR INTO SAUCE Mix.
  5. BRING TO A BOIL, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. SIMMER 1 MINUTE Till THICKENED. POUR OVER HAM AND BAKE FOR 30 Min LONGER. BASTE OCCASIONALLY WITH SAUCE Mix.
