- IN A LARGE BOWL, WITH HANDS, LIGHTLY MIX HAM BALL INGREDIENTS AND 1/4 Tsp. PEPPER Till COMBINED. SHAPE INTO 12 BALLS, DIVIDING Proportionately. ARRANGE IN A SHALLOW PAN; BAKE, UNCOVERED, AT 400 F. FOR 15 Min.
- MEANWHILE, MAKE THE SAUCE. IN A SMALL SAUCEPAN, BRING THE BROWN SUGAR, CINNAMON, VINEGAR AND 1 1/2 C. WATER TO A BOIL. SIMMER FOR 5 Min. IN A SMALL DISH, MIX CORNSTARCH WITH 1/4 C. WATER Till WELL BLENDED. STIR INTO SAUCE Mix.
- BRING TO A BOIL, STIRRING CONSTANTLY. SIMMER 1 MINUTE Till THICKENED. POUR OVER HAM AND BAKE FOR 30 Min LONGER. BASTE OCCASIONALLY WITH SAUCE Mix.
