Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 lbs. grnd ham
  • 3/4 pound veal
  • 3/4 pound lean grnd pork
  • 2 c. fine bread crumbs
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • Salt and pepper lightly

Direcciones

  1. Mix and shape into 36 or possibly more fingers; place in baking dish. Mix and pour over meat: 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1/4 c. vinegar 1 1/2 to 2 c. water
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs, uncovered; turn over once.
