Ham Loaf With Cranberry Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs (white)
  • 1 1/2 lbs. cured ham, grnd
  • 1 pound fresh lean pork, grnd
  • 2 Large eggs, beaten

Direcciones

  1. Scald the lowfat milk and pour it over bread crumbs. Add in to meat and mix thoroughly till no bread crumbs show. Add in Large eggs and mix again. Put into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan, then set loaf pan into shallow pan containing warm water at least 1 inch deep. Bake at 375 degrees for 2 hrs. If loaf browns too much, cover meat with foil. Pour off fat and excess juice. Serve plain or possibly with cranberry sauce. Serves 8.
