Ingredientes

  • 1 lb grnd chuck
  • 1 sm onion minced
  • 1 sm green bell pepper minced
  • 1 can mild diced tomato and green chiles (10 ounce)
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. uncooked long-grain rice
  • 1 env mild taco seasoning mix - (1.25 ounce)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 c. minced lettuce
  • 3 x green onions minced
  • 1 x tomato minced
  • 1 x avocado sliced
  • 1 can sliced black olives - (2 1/4 ounce) liquid removed
  • 1 c. Mexican cheese blend - (4 ounce) Tortilla chips Salsa

Direcciones

  1. Cook first 3 ingredients in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring till beef crumbles and is no longer pink; drain.
  2. Stir in tomato and green chiles and next 4 ingredients. Cook, covered, over medium heat 15 min, stirring occasionally. Uncover and cook 15 more min; remove from heat.
  3. Sprinkle lettuce and next 5 ingredients over hamburger mix. Stand tortilla chips around edge of skillet; serve with chips and salsa.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
